Short-term Stays (1 week or less)

Stays of 1 week (7 nights) or less are due in full at the time of securing the reservation.

Long-term Stays (More than 1 week):

The first week's rate is required to secure long-term reservations.
Balance to the first month is due at check-in.
Future monthly payments are due-in-full on or before the first day of each month.
