All sites are full hookup, back-in.
Short Term (1 – 20 days)
$60/day Flat Fee. No Extra Charges.
Long Term (20+ days)
$745/month Flat Fee. Plus electric (.30 per kWh).
Payment Details
Monthly
- Refundable deposit required.
- All rent will be billed at the beginning of the month.
- We do not charge taxes, cash discount, VAT, credit card fees or any junk fees. $745/month plus electric billed at .30 per kWh is the price you can count on, period.
- Refunds: Any unused portion of rent due to early departures will happily be credited back upon leaving the park.
Discounts:
We do honor Good Sam and Military Discount ( with valid ID) of 10% for our Short Term Rates (our Long Term Rates are at better discount than Good Sam so the 10% will not apply).
